- • As the (Senior) Demand Generation Manager at Happyhotel GmbH, you will serve as the architect of the company’s growth engine, building the pipeline engine for hotel commercial automation from the ground up and taking end-to-end ownership of creating a qualified pipeline.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning marketing-generated pipeline, designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, outbound support), fixing funnel gaps between content and conversion, building and optimizing landing pages and messaging, defining core metrics like pipeline contribution and cost per opportunity, and translating company positioning into compelling offers and campaign hooks.
- • You will work directly with leadership to establish the foundation of how Happyhotel grows, operating in an early-stage or scaling environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution are both essential.
- • In this role, you will learn to build scalable demand engines, master ICP-driven marketing for mid-market and SMB segments, refine funnel optimization techniques, and gain deep exposure to revenue-focused marketing strategy in a B2B SaaS context.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with proven experience building or scaling a pipeline engine
- • Strategic mindset focused on funnels and revenue impact over vanity metrics
- • Hands-on builder comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in early-stage or scaling environments
- • Market expertise in ICP-driven marketing for mid-market/SMB audiences with strong understanding of sales cycles and pipeline influence
- • Technical skills in building conversion-focused landing pages and translating positioning into demand
