- • As a (Senior) Demand Generation Manager, you are the architect of our growth machine, responsible for building the pipeline engine behind the future of hotel automation from the ground up, directly collaborating with leadership to lay the foundation for the next scaling phase.
- • Your day-to-day includes owning the marketing-generated pipeline and optimizing the customer journey from first touchpoint to demo, designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (Paid, Organic, Outbound Support), identifying and closing funnel gaps, creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion assets, defining and monitoring core metrics like pipeline contribution and cost per opportunity, and translating the vision of an AI-driven commercial operating system into compelling offers and hooks.
- • You will work closely with the leadership team at Happyhotel GmbH, a company focused on hotel automation and scaling its market presence through data-driven demand generation strategies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, master end-to-end pipeline ownership, sharpen your analytical and strategic execution skills, and have the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth and international expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation with proven success in building or scaling a pipeline engine
- • Strong analytical mindset focused on funnels and revenue impact, not vanity metrics
- • Hands-on mentality with ability to move between strategic planning and operational execution
- • Experience with ICP-driven marketing for SMB/Mid-Market and understanding of complex sales cycles
- • Fluency in both German and English
