📋 Description
- • As a (Senior) Manager Learning & Development (Mensch) Diagnostik & Führungskräfteentwicklung at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership talent through diagnostic assessments and targeted development initiatives, directly contributing to organizational growth and leadership excellence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the Eignungsdiagnostik portfolio, designing and conducting Assessment Centers, implementing modern methodologies for leadership identification and development, and providing strategic internal consulting on leadership development, performance evaluation, and talent management.
- • You will be part of WPP Media, WPP’s AI-driven media operating unit that leverages the WPP Open platform and Open Intelligence to deliver personalized, data-powered media solutions at scale for global brands, operating within a culture that values innovation, diversity, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in leadership diagnostics and development, drive strategic HR initiatives with global impact, enhance your stakeholder management and consulting skills, and grow professionally through WPP’s extensive internal learning programs and career development pathways.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in independent diagnostics within a comparable Learning & Development role
- • Strong conceptual abilities and entrepreneurial thinking with adaptable communication and presentation style
- • Demonstrated organizational talent with proactive, self-responsible work approach
- • Excellent persuasive communication skills and presentation strength
- • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining oversight and structure
- • Fluency in business English for international collaboration
