📋 Description

• Join Re Cap as a (Senior) Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Europe's leading platform for founders managing and obtaining capital. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge, AI-native product features, reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer and contributing significantly to our growth and success.
• You will be instrumental in transforming complex, ambiguous problems into elegant, AI-enabled product solutions. This involves a deep dive into understanding user needs, market opportunities, and technological possibilities to craft products that truly empower founders.
• A core aspect of your role will be designing and implementing human-in-the-loop systems. This requires a nuanced approach to balancing the power of automation with the essential element of human control and oversight, ensuring our AI features are both effective and trustworthy.
• You will be the champion for your product initiatives, adeptly demonstrating features and product concepts to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes engineering teams, design colleagues, sales, marketing, and importantly, our end-users – the founders we serve.
• Collaboration is key. You will forge strong partnerships with our engineering, data science, and design teams. This close-knit collaboration will enable us to ship products rapidly and iterate even faster, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve user experience.
• Your impact will be measured and analyzed. You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and interpreting key product metrics and user behavior data. This data-driven approach will be the foundation for identifying areas of improvement and driving continuous product enhancement.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (such as Linear, Notion, Asana, JIRA) is expected, ensuring efficient and iterative product development cycles.
• You will be a proactive force in establishing and refining well-functioning processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all involved teams.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously are key attributes we seek.
• This role offers the chance to work remotely within Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Slovakia, or Austria, providing flexibility while contributing to a leading European tech company.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Experience in fintech or building AI-powered or data-heavy products is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical fluency, including an understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and the capabilities and limitations of LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams to create user-centric and delightful products.
• Excellent analytical skills, a structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and adapting quickly to the evolving AI landscape.
• Experience with agile development processes and tools (e.g., Linear, Notion, Asana, JIRA).
• Must possess a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU.
