• • As a (Senior) Product Manager at GALVANY, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of sustainable living. Your primary mission will be to define, develop, and execute the product strategy for our customer-facing application. This role is pivotal in transforming complex energy management systems into intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for homeowners. You will be instrumental in making the adoption of heat pumps, battery storage, and smart metering not just accessible and reliable, but also something customers actively want to use and interact with.
• • You will own the complete product lifecycle for your designated area, from initial ideation and discovery through to translation, prioritization, and successful delivery. This involves a deep and empathetic understanding of our customers' needs, challenges, and aspirations. You will achieve this through a combination of direct customer interviews, rigorous data analysis, and close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Support teams, ensuring that every product decision is grounded in real-world user insights.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously measure the success of your product initiatives. You will orchestrate agile development sprints and manage releases effectively, proactively navigating and mitigating the four core product risks: customer value, usability, feasibility, and business value. Your strategic thinking will be crucial in designing innovative engagement loops and incentive structures that foster user loyalty and maximize the perceived and actual value of our product.
• • You will play a vital role in supporting the go-to-market strategy, working hand-in-hand with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. This collaborative approach ensures that new features and products are launched effectively, resonating with our target audience and driving adoption.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-performance environments, ideally within fast-scaling startups, bringing a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrable end-to-end responsibility in software development is highly valued, showcasing your ability to see projects through from conception to completion.
• • We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in product development, who have successfully managed products from the initial spark of an idea all the way through to market release. Your educational background should be in a relevant field such as Business, Design, Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline, providing you with a solid foundation for strategic product thinking.
• • Essential to this role is an agile mindset, a hands-on mentality, and an unwavering willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward. You should be a self-driven problem-solver, capable of identifying needs and executing solutions without the need for constant oversight or micro-management.
• • A strong technical aptitude is crucial. You should possess a genuine passion for understanding complex systems, data flows, and integrations. This technical curiosity, coupled with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and tackling challenging problems, will enable you to effectively bridge the gap between technical possibilities and user needs.
• • Fluency in both English (C1 level) and German (B1 level) is required, enabling seamless communication within our diverse team and with our customer base.

You will be a data-informed prioritizer, using both qualitative and quantitative signals to make tough decisions and clearly articulate the rationale behind them, including why certain features might not be built.
