- • Own the end-to-end incubation phase of new venture products within GALVANY-Tech, from hypothesis formation to shipping the first functional version.
- • Formulate sharp, testable product hypotheses and validate them through rapid, small-scale experiments in high-ambiguity environments.
- • Act as the central cross-functional hub, aligning Tech, Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams early to ensure seamless future integration.
- • Plan and execute the handover of validated initiatives to core Tech Teams and departments, transferring knowledge, code, processes, and ownership cleanly.
- • Communicate transparently with leadership on phase transitions, risks, trade-offs, and sponsorship needs for the next venture initiative.
- • Drive product development without attachment to long-term ownership—focus on building, validating, and moving on to the next opportunity.
- • Prioritize ruthlessly using both qualitative and quantitative data, and be prepared to kill initiatives that don’t meet viability thresholds.
- • Maintain direct exposure to end-users to ground all product decisions in real customer experience, even during early-stage validation.
- • Leverage AI tools and pragmatic approaches to solve problems efficiently, choosing the simplest effective path over over-engineered solutions.
- • Think systemically to understand how new ventures connect to existing products, processes, and organizational structures for successful integration.
- • Operate with speed and agility—start fast, go deep, deliver cleanly, and immediately pivot to the next venture without lingering on past projects.
- • Focus on measurable business and user outcomes over activity volume, ensuring every initiative drives value in CO₂ savings, energy efficiency (kWh), or cost reduction (€).
- • Work within a profitable green-tech startup environment grounded in a healthy business model, where impact and sustainability are aligned with commercial success.
- • Collaborate in a culture that eliminates corporate theater: no endless alignment meetings, no politics, no waiting for permission—ship directly with key stakeholders.
- • Contribute to building an AI-based Operating System for sales, planning, installation, and operation of heat pumps and integrated energy systems across single-family homes and multi-unit buildings.
- • Support the development of an Energy Community as a Virtual Power Plant through software-driven innovation.
- • Work in a team that values clarity, responsibility, and high-quality heating solutions as core to enabling climate-neutral living for everyone.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as fast-scaling startups
- • Proven track record launching new products, business lines, or major initiatives from scratch, ideally via intrapreneurship within a larger company
- • Strong background in Business, Engineering, Design, Communication, Computer Science, or similar fields
- • Comfort working cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—not just Engineering
- • Self-driven mindset with high ambiguity tolerance and ability to let go of ownership without micromanagement
- • Technical aptitude with passion for understanding systems, data flows, and integrations; continuous learning orientation
