- • As a Senior Software Engineer in Rust at Nelly Sweden AB, you will play a critical role in building the largest AI-enabled fintech for healthcare in Europe, directly contributing to reducing administrative burdens on medical practices and improving patient care through seamless technology integration.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain Rust-based applications that connect various on-site practice management systems to Nelly’s backend, work with AWS infrastructure managed as code, and contribute to transaction-based systems designed for low-resource environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- • You will join Nelly’s Integrations team within a driven, highly skilled engineering group in Berlin, collaborating with talented professionals in a kind, curious, and ego-free culture focused on meaningful impact in healthcare technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Rust and systems engineering, influence architectural decisions and best practices, see your work impact customers quickly, and grow alongside a mission-driven team scaling Europe’s leading healthcare fintech with €50M in Series B funding.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer
- • Proficiency in Rust programming language
- • Proficiency in data and API modelling
- • Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle
- • Strong team-player mentality
- • Proficiency in English (German knowledge is a strong plus)
