- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a critical technical partner to our Sales and Success organizations, playing an instrumental role in acquiring net-new customers, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and significantly accelerating revenue growth. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional presentation skills and the technical acumen to devise solutions for complex client challenges.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of our operations at Mango Technologies. A substantial portion of your responsibilities will involve working closely with Managers to deeply understand and effectively coordinate team needs, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into client workflows.

- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Delivering compelling, technically-driven presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, articulating the value proposition of our solutions and integrations.
- • Designing, developing, and deploying customer-specific Proof of Value (PoV) projects, showcasing the tangible benefits and ROI of our platform.
- • Crafting bespoke reports and dynamic dashboards tailored for prospective clients' management teams, providing clear insights into potential improvements and outcomes.
- • Providing expert assistance with the functional and technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
- • Proactively staying abreast of new feature releases and product enhancements, maintaining and updating demo environments to reflect the latest capabilities.
- • Collaborating with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technical evaluations and ensuring successful adoption of our AI-powered workspace.
- • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client business objectives and aligning our solutions accordingly.
- • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales enablement materials and technical documentation.
- • Participating in industry events and webinars to represent Mango Technologies and share expertise.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally pre-sales, but may also be equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience.
- • 2+ years demonstrable success working with Enterprise clients.
- • Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- • Strong customer-facing skills including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards the desired outcome.
- • Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies and sufficient technical background to assist with lightweight custom solutions.
- • Demonstrated ability in business process mapping and diagramming, with experience in consumption-based selling and value selling to drive customer outcomes and align solutions with business objectives.
- • An understanding of the application deployment processes that enable successful Cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
