- • The SOC 2 Senior Manager (CPA license) role at Insight Assurance is critical to delivering high-quality SOC 2 attestation engagements for clients across global markets, ensuring compliance with AICPA standards while driving firm growth and technical excellence.
- • Day to day, the Senior Manager will lead multiple concurrent SOC 2 engagements from planning through report delivery, serve as the primary client contact, review technical workpapers and reports, mentor junior staff, and support business development initiatives including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- • Insight Assurance is a global audit firm founded by former Big 4 (EY) professionals, recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Fast 50 lists, with 170+ professionals serving nearly 2,000 clients across Americas, EMEA, and APAC through tech-enabled, compliance-automated audit services in SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HITRUST, CMMC, and FedRAMP frameworks.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in SOC reporting and internal controls, develop leadership and mentorship capabilities, contribute to firm-wide methodology and process improvements, and advance their career in assurance practice management within a fast-growing, innovative audit organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- • 8+ years of experience in audit, assurance, cybersecurity compliance, or risk advisory
- • Significant experience performing and managing SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements
- • Active CPA license from the United States (required)
- • Strong knowledge of AICPA attestation standards (SSAE 18 / AT-C 205 / AT-C 320) and SOC reporting frameworks
- • Experience managing multiple engagements and leading engagement teams
