📋 Description
- • As a Senior Data Scientist / Analytics Engineer on the BI team at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for solving complex data problems that require deep understanding of raw data and the ability to transform it into actionable business insights.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing raw data to assess its completeness, reliability, and relevance; engineering features to make data usable; and collaborating with business stakeholders to build dashboards or guide junior analysts in doing so.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong ability to understand, clean, and engineer features from raw data
- • Experience building or guiding the creation of business dashboards
- • Deep understanding of data reliability, completeness, and usability for business use
- • Experience working in a fintech or blockchain environment (preferred)
- • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
- • Ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions
