(Staff) Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Operations Manager at SoSafe GmbH, you will enable product ambition, confidence, and autonomy across the Product Development organisation, ensuring strategy, discovery, delivery, and outcomes stay meaningfully connected as the company scales.
• • You will operate as a senior individual contributor, shaping and evolving product operating practices, rituals, and feedback loops to help teams move fast, make good decisions, and learn continuously—without acting as a delivery manager or project coordinator.
• • You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to reduce friction, break down silos, improve shared context, and strengthen how customer, business, and delivery signals inform product direction and roadmap decisions.
• • You will design and facilitate planning, review, and retrospective sessions, introduce systems and tools that improve focus and clarity without slowing teams down, and spot systemic issues early to enable course correction.
• • As part of SoSafe’s AI-first transformation, you will build AI-powered operations (e.g., prompt playbooks, automated reporting), ensure quality at scale amid increased AI-generated ideas, and drive an automation-first mindset by actively using AI tools like Claude to eliminate manual processes.

• • You will help shape how product work happens at scale—from strategy and discovery through delivery and learning—enabling Product Managers to make high-quality decisions at pace with clear prioritisation, sensible trade-offs, and calculated risk taking.
• • You will improve visibility into progress, risks, and decisions for teams and leadership without turning Product Operations into a reporting function, and partner with Design to better connect discovery, design intent, and delivery as the organisation scales.
