- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PointClickCare, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads for both new-logo and install-base sales opportunities, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping providers deliver exceptional care through innovative health tech solutions.
- • Day to day, you will engage with prospects in your assigned territory to understand their business challenges, conduct in-depth research, use CRM systems to track activities and document interactions, schedule discovery calls with Account Executives, and support account-based campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- • You will join a founder-led, privately held health tech company recognized for its strong culture and innovation, serving over 30,000 provider organizations with the largest long-term and post-acute care dataset and a marketplace of 400+ integrated partners, where AI is integrated into workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- • In this role, you will receive best-in-class onboarding and training on PointClickCare solutions, sales methodologies, and industry knowledge, with mentorship from a dedicated SDR Program Manager and leadership focused on individual growth, enabling you to build foundational sales skills and progress into advanced sales roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Goal-oriented, driven, and positive mindset with a passion for sales and learning what makes businesses tick
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- • Some experience in entry-level sales and a post-secondary degree or college diploma
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is ideal but not required)
