- • As a Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical at PointClickCare, you will serve as the principal liaison with customers to implement leading practices that optimize workflows and drive business outcomes in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building trusted advisor relationships with customers, leading in-depth analysis of their business processes and operations, configuring and setting up solutions, and guiding them on recommended business practices to drive value and impact.
- • You will work as part of a high-performance, cross-collaborative Professional Services, Solution Services team, contributing to customer value and solution adoption while reporting to the Manager, Professional Services.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare by helping providers deliver exceptional care through innovative technology, with exposure to AI-enabled workflows and the chance to grow your expertise in healthcare IT implementation within a founder-led, privately held health tech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Experience with Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) operations, clinical workflows, or healthcare software implementation
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and act as a trusted advisor to customers
- • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings, including required in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City
