- • Senior Client Solutions Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of brand accounts in enterprise fashion and consumer goods, ensuring client retention, growth, and seamless delivery during a 6-month fixed-term contract supporting Kyra Technologies’ rapid growth phase.
- • Day-to-day duties include owning client relationships across campaigns, translating data into strategic insights using AI, managing end-to-end delivery timelines and budgets, protecting and growing revenue through renewals and upsells, and improving systems by fixing inefficiencies and ensuring clean tracking.
- • Kyra Technologies is a profitable, founder-led influencer marketing company with a decade of experience, now scaling its AI-native, subscription-based technology platform that enables brands to plan, execute, and measure influencer marketing at scale using proprietary data and enterprise relationships.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-powered influencer marketing platforms, strengthen commercial and operational account management skills, drive measurable NRR growth, and leave the account portfolio in better shape than you found it through proactive relationship and delivery ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing
- • Strong hands-on campaign experience with fluency in TikTok
- • Proven track record of account growth and retention backed by revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs
- • AI fluency applied in workflow—comfortable using AI tools for client summaries, performance narratives, and renewal modelling
- • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards
- • Enterprise fashion or consumer goods experience is a plus
