- • We're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI.
- • Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process.
- • We're looking for ONE person to own the entire brand marketing function at ClickUp.
- • This person will build the systems that produce world-class marketing at scale, and review everything with taste sharp enough to know the difference between great and garbage.
- • We call this person an Artisan.
- • An Artisan is not just 'a good marketer.' An Artisan is someone whose taste and judgment are so refined that they can orchestrate AI systems at hyperspeed while maintaining quality that lesser teams can't achieve at any speed.
- • Taste: They know what good looks like before it exists. They can evaluate 50 AI-generated options and immediately identify the 2 worth publishing.
- • Judgment: They know what to build, not just how. They understand the audience, the market, and the tradeoffs well enough to make high-stakes calls without committees.
- • Speed of orchestration: They don't just 'prompt AI.' They operate AI systems like instruments: fast iteration loops, rapid evaluation, continuous course correction.
- • Ownership breadth: An Artisan owns a surface end to end. Not 'the social part' or 'the email part.' The WHOLE thing: strategy, systems, execution, quality.
- • This is the marketing equivalent of what our 10x Engineers do: own an entire product surface, idea to execution to live.
- • The only two things that matter are Systems and Review.
- • Systems: Can you build marketing systems that compound?
- • Review: Can you judge quality at an absurdly high bar?
- • You'll have direct reporting to the CEO, an infinite product surface to market, access to every piece of company context for your AI systems, $1M comp growth path, and the most interesting AI-native marketing challenge that exists right now.
- • No gates. Only signal.
- • No years-of-experience requirement, no degree required, no resume needed.
- • CMO title available based on the person.
- • Only criteria: Systems + Review.
