- ā¢ As a 2026 Associate Product Manager Intern at Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU), you will support product strategy and roadmap development for financial products that serve 1.5 million members and over $30 billion in managed assets, directly contributing to BECUās mission of āpeople helping peopleā by enhancing member financial well-being through innovative, member-centric solutions.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in product strategy and roadmap development, contributing to product decision-making aligned with business strategy, coordinating product development activities (research, UX design, concept development), supporting release planning and priorities, monitoring product performance metrics, maintaining product documentation across the lifecycle, assisting with vendor relationships, building industry and capability knowledge, incorporating member feedback into product decisions, and facilitating team information sharing through written procedures and coordination.

šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelorās or Masterās degree program in a relevant field such as Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or have graduated from such a program within the past twelve months.
- ā¢ Foundational knowledge or exposure to product management, business strategy, technology platforms, or the product development lifecycle.
- ā¢ Interest in innovation or emerging technology areas such as data or AI-enabled products is a plus.
