📋 Description

• Create high-quality 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product showcases, social media content, and brand storytelling across BJAK’s platforms.
• Develop engaging character, object, and environmental animations that effectively communicate ideas and enhance visual storytelling.
• Translate storyboards and creative concepts into polished, cinematic 3D animated content with precise timing, weight, and movement.
• Produce cinematic camera movements, transitions, and visual sequences to maximize audience engagement and brand impact.
• Ensure consistent animation quality, visual style, and brand identity across all deliverables including digital, social, and product-facing content.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Content teams to develop compelling visual narratives and contribute to concept development and ideation sessions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior animators and designers, helping to build and elevate the team’s creative capabilities.
• Work alongside motion designers, video editors, illustrators, and creative producers to deliver cohesive, multi-format multimedia campaigns.
• Present animation concepts and creative solutions to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage the end-to-end 3D production pipeline including modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and post-production.
• Optimize workflows, rendering processes, and asset management systems to improve efficiency and scalability of animation production.
• Develop reusable animation assets, templates, and standardized production protocols to maintain consistency and reduce production time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation, rendering, simulations, or visual effects across software and hardware environments.
• Stay current with industry trends in 3D animation, CGI, motion graphics, and visual effects, including emerging AI-assisted creative technologies.
• Experiment with advanced animation techniques, real-time rendering workflows, and cinematic storytelling approaches to elevate BJAK’s visual content standards.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional creative quality and alignment with brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Effects, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation, CGI production, motion graphics, or visual storytelling
• Expert proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent 3D software
• Strong experience with lighting, rendering, compositing, and animation pipelines
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and related creative tools
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced 3D animation work is required
