- • Report directly to the Senior Financial Controller to support and enhance the accounting team’s operational efficiency.
- • Perform intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting across global entities.
- • Prepare and post journal entries in alignment with accounting standards and internal controls.
- • Reconcile payroll records and verify accuracy of employee compensation and tax withholdings.
- • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and compile complete month-end reporting packages.
- • Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to identify trends, variances, and financial performance indicators.
- • Review and validate accruals and prepayments to ensure proper timing and classification of expenses and revenues.
- • Reconcile revenue streams against contractual agreements and billing systems to confirm accuracy.
- • Prepare and file VAT returns for applicable regions in compliance with local tax regulations.
- • Maintain organized and auditable documentation for all accounting activities and month-end close processes.
- • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and implement process improvements.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- • Ensure all accounting tasks adhere to compliance requirements and internal audit standards.
- • Support annual audit preparations by providing timely and accurate financial documentation.
- • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information at all times.
- • Work within flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with the option to work remotely up to 60% of the time.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- • 2+ years of experience in an Accounting position
- • Compliance orientation
- • Deep understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
