- • Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.
- • This is not a traditional production leadership role. As the Senior Production Director, you will serve as the champion for AI-driven creative workflows and position the Mexico Hub as the center of gravity for modern, AI content delivery, dedicated to supporting our largest US accounts.
- • We are seeking a visionary and operationally excellent Design & Production Hub Lead to head our flagship delivery hub in Mexico.
- • This is a pivotal leadership role within our global digital agency, carrying a dual mission.
- • First, you will be the cultural and professional anchor for a talented team of 80+ local practitioners, fostering a high-performance environment where creative quality and team motivation thrive.
- • Second, you will act as the chief architect of our operational future, leading the hub’s transformation into a GenAI-first production powerhouse powered by our proprietary platform, Pencil.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • People Leadership & Output Quality:
- • Inspire & Empower: Provide strong local leadership to a diverse team of 80+ designers, developers, and production specialists.
- • Elevate Craft & Quality: Establish and maintain rigorous standards for creative and production output, ensuring all work delivered from the Mexico hub is world-class and strictly aligned with global client expectations.
- • Talent Development: Identify, mentor, and retain top tier talent.
- • Hub Operations & Culture: Drive local engagement initiatives, manage resource allocation efficiently, and ensure the Mexico hub remains a vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive place to work.
- • Cross-Border Synergy: Foster deeper collaboration, cultural alignment, and relationship building between the US and Mexico teams to ensure seamless cross-border delivery.
- • Commercial Accountability: Embed a hyper-commercially minded culture across the hub, optimizing resource utilization and driving profitability.
- • GenAI Transformation & Innovation:
- • Drive the 'GenAI-First' Evolution: Lead the strategic and operational shift from traditional production workflows to an automated, augmented, GenAI-first model.
- • Pencil Evangelism: Act as the primary champion and super-user of our proprietary GenAI application, Pencil.
- • Change Management: Navigate the team through the cultural and technical shifts of AI adoption, addressing resistance with empathy, clarity, and continuous training.
- • Process Re-engineering: Audit legacy ways of working and design new, hyper-efficient workflows that leverage Pencil to scale content creation, optimize turn-around times, and reduce production friction.
- • Feedback Loop: Partner closely with global product and engineering teams to provide local feedback, feature requests, and use-cases to continuously improve the Pencil platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in creative production, digital advertising, or studio management, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership/people-management role overseeing large teams (50+ people).
- • AI Literacy: A passionate early adopter of Generative AI tools (image, text, video, and workflow automation).
- • Change Management: Proven track record of transforming traditional creative operations into agile, tech-driven models without sacrificing creative integrity.
- • Agency Savvy: Deep understanding of the global digital advertising landscape, asset localization, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and high-volume asset production.
