- • As an A/R Collection Specialist at Ansira Partners, LLC, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial health by managing and collecting accounts receivable from clients, ensuring timely cash flow and supporting the accounting function in a high-energy, rapidly growing environment.
- • Day to day, you will monitor accounts daily to identify outstanding debts, partner with business teams to resolve invoice balances, contact clients about past due invoices, prepare and present collection reports, identify and adjust for bad debt write-offs, and assist with reserve allowance calculations and reconciliations.
- • You will be part of the accounting team reporting to the Accounting Manager, working remotely from Colombia in a self-directed role that requires strong judgment, prioritization, and collaboration across departments via Teams and Zoom to present aging and trend updates.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in accounts receivable management, financial reporting, credit issue resolution, and cross-functional communication, gaining hands-on experience in improving DSO, reducing aged receivables, and supporting GL-impacting journal entries in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
