  • • The Reconciliation Specialist with German is responsible for the end-to-end reconciliation process for accounts in German-speaking countries, ensuring accurate matching of accounting documents and supporting the order-to-cash (OTC) process.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reconciliation activities for key accounts, matching payments, credit notes, and deductions, liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • • The role is part of SBD, Inc. (Stanley Black & Decker), a global leader in innovative tools and technology with over 43,500 employees across 60 countries, committed to Industry 4.0 and sustainable manufacturing.
  • • The specialist will develop expertise in financial reconciliation, SAP systems (especially S/4HANA), cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing problem-solving, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and grow within a diverse, purpose-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong experience in reconciliation
  • • SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system is a great advantage)
  • • Proficient in MS Excel
  • • Advanced German and strong English language skills
  • • Work experience in OTC (order-to-cash), Finance, Accounting, or Cash Collection
  • • Higher Degree in Business, Finance, Systems, or related field
