- • Manage and enhance the day-to-day workplace experience across global offices for a high-growth AI startup.
- • Oversee workplace programs including meals, snacks, wellness support, and employee services to foster a positive and productive environment.
- • Coordinate end-to-end workspace setup and ergonomic support for all new joiners, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- • Maintain high standards of office quality, organisation, and operational cleanliness across all company locations.
- • Liaise with vendors, facilities teams, and external office operations partners to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment.
- • Support the planning and execution of office events and internal workplace initiatives that strengthen team culture and engagement.
- • Resolve day-to-day workplace issues promptly and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- • Work independently across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving operational needs.
- • Ensure all office spaces are equipped with necessary tools, technology, and resources aligned with team requirements and company standards.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workspace needs, facility concerns, and workplace-related inquiries.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace initiatives with company goals and employee feedback.
- • Uphold high standards for employee experience, anticipating needs before they arise and proactively improving workplace conditions.
