• • The AI Transformation Manager - Finance role at Adyen N.V. is a hands-on Senior Individual Contributor position within the Finance Data & Technology (FD&T) team in Amsterdam, focused on building the structural foundation for scaling AI-driven workflows across finance operations.
• • Day to day, the role involves strengthening the context foundation by optimizing documentation and system integrations (SOPs, Skills, MCPs) for AI agents, evolving data infrastructure with engineering teams to ensure trusted financial data, establishing AI governance and security protocols with Security, Privacy, and GenAI teams, building production-ready evaluation frameworks to measure AI accuracy and business impact, and scaling successful AI experiments into stable, end-to-end automated systems that reduce toil in finance workflows.
