  • • Program Manager for Data Linkage Services leading operational, technical, compliance, and workflow elements for federal and non-federal data linkage under the NIA Data Access Program, ensuring secure, high-quality, privacy-preserving linked datasets for aging, biomedical, clinical, and health services research.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing security and quality of deterministic, probabilistic, and multi-way linkage methodologies; managing secure DUA-driven linkage activities; directing day-to-day linkage operations (study intake, validation of masked files, workflow configuration, job execution monitoring); leading development and approval of SOPs, workflow documentation, data dictionaries, and variable mappings; overseeing QA processes (match-rate evaluation, sensitivity/specificity assessment, error analysis); mining performance dashboards for linkage volume, throughput, timeliness, quality, error rates; driving improvements in automation and record-linkage tooling; providing clear communication to federal stakeholders, study teams, and internal staff; leading and mentoring scientists, linkage analysts, enclave engineers, and operations personnel; planning and managing linkage-related transition activities for continuity of operations.
