- • As the Director of Product for BSS & Platform Services at Vonage, you will drive product strategy for shared platform capabilities spanning Lead-to-cash (BSS), Data Analytics, Identity Management, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway, enabling growth and profitability across internal and external users.
- • You will take comprehensive ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical shared services, lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, and prioritize trade-offs across product lines to drive development speed and efficiency.
- • Vonage is a global cloud communications leader powering digital transformation for brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat through programmable unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs, offering a hybrid work environment in Wrocław, Poland.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS, back-office systems, API gateways, identity management, and data analytics while leading digital transformation initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams through data-driven strategy and presentations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in Product Management with proven leadership managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams at a Director level
- • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems
- • Experience with back-office systems including API Gateways, Identity Management, and Data analytics
- • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence through data and presentations
- • Experience delivering complex projects or business transformations in BSS and OSS areas due to acquisitions, growth, and digital transformations
- • Previous software development experience or proficiency in SQL, Kibana, and understanding complex data models
