- • As VP Product - Capital Markets at Keyrock NV, you will serve as the connective tissue between diverse trading desks and the engineering core, overseeing and harmonizing product activities across Linear, Derivatives, and Credit/Rates divisions to drive unified liquidity and risk management in the fragmented digital assets landscape.
- • Day to day, you will align product roadmaps across OTC, Market Making, and DeFi desks for a unified "One-Firm" client experience, partner with Risk and Quant teams on cross-asset margining logic, manage the IT Demand process to prioritize high-ROI initiatives, collaborate with Commercial teams to translate market trends into multi-year strategic roadmaps, and translate global crypto regulations (MiCA, SEC) into scalable, compliant product features embedded in trading workflows.

- • In this role, you will architect scalable product roadmaps for a top-tier neo-investment firm, drive firm-wide ROI through strategic prioritization, influence desk leaders toward a unified platform vision, establish modular system architectures to replace fragmented shadow IT, and help shape Keyrock’s future as a regulated, innovative financial institution in the evolving digital asset space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with significant background in Capital Markets or Institutional Digital Assets
- • Proven ability to fluently speak both "Trader" (alpha, Greeks, liquidity) and "Developer" (APIs, latency, smart contracts)
- • Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics (staking, AMMs, MEV) and their intersection with traditional financial reporting and risk management
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence high-performing Desk Heads and align them toward a shared platform vision
- • Experience driving organizational shift from fragmented, desk-specific "shadow IT" to modular, unified system architectures
- • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to high-velocity environments where market rules are still being defined
