• • As a Founding Product Manager at Freeflow, you will work directly with founders, customers, and engineers to define what we build, why we build it, and how it creates real economic value—such as improving loss ratios, replacing offshore teams, and improving claims capacity—by shaping AI agents that audit insurance claims and expand into a broader AI-native operating layer for P&C carriers.
• • Day to day, you will engage with claims leaders, audit teams, and executives to translate real-world pain into shipped product quickly; model industry ontologies; integrate with carrier systems and SOPs; review claims files, policies, and submissions; generate actionable intelligence; manage backlogs; prioritize features; collaborate on product design and engineering specs; and partner on go-to-market decisions.
• • Freeflow is building AI Agents for P&C Insurance Carriers, starting with claims auditing to enable continuous, AI-driven audits across 100% of claims, real-time detection of leakage and errors, and measurable improvement to loss ratios—with a vision to expand into submission intake and premium audits to create an intelligent data layer powered by AI agents.
• • In this role, you will learn how to build AI systems from 0 to 1 in a high-ownership startup environment, deepen your expertise in enterprise insurance workflows and compliance (SOC2, RBAC, SSO, data partitioning), and grow as a product leader shaping both product strategy and technical execution alongside founders and engineers.
