- • As the Product GTM Lead at Scribe, you will take full commercial ownership of the company’s products, bridging the gap between product capabilities and customer needs through strategic positioning, go-to-market execution, and sustained adoption efforts. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and market impact by ensuring that Scribe’s innovations are not only launched effectively but also continuously optimized for real-world use and expansion.
- • You will lead product launches and adoption initiatives by partnering closely with the product team to own the full commercial lifecycle—from pre-launch strategy and messaging to post-launch performance analysis and growth programs. This includes quarterbacking launches, identifying adoption gaps, and building targeted campaigns to move key metrics.
- • You will develop compelling messaging and positioning for products, features, and thematic campaigns, translating complex capabilities into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive action across channels.
- • You will surface and act on customer insights to inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and even UI copy, ensuring that Scribe’s evolution is grounded in real user needs and behaviors.
- • You will own audience targeting strategy—identifying, acquiring, and expanding the right buyer and user segments—while setting and tracking the commercial metrics that matter, including opportunities to evolve pricing and packaging as the platform scales.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree and 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, or a GTM/commercial role, with emphasis on strategic thinking and impact over specific background
- • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling that persuades audiences to take action
- • Strong business discernment, big-picture thinking, and creativity in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, including comfort with AI tools and cultural trends
- • Experience developing messaging and executing omni-channel campaigns, plus hands-on familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Customer.io, and Mixpanel
- • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational abilities, combined with high emotional intelligence and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Comfort operating in a fast-growing startup environment and a solid understanding of B2B sales-assisted motions
