- • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and standardization of UK-specific brand templates and visual systems.
- • Stay ahead of emerging trends in UK design, motion graphics, and AI-driven creative production to maintain competitive visual standards.
- • Obsess over clean design principles, typography, motion fluency, and visual hierarchy in all delivered work.
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment with high creative ownership, delivering high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
- • Test, iterate, and optimize visual content based on performance metrics and user engagement data.
- • Balance craft-driven design with strategic brand-level thinking to create systems that are both beautiful and scalable.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
- • Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
- • Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
- • Ability to execute quickly and deliver under tight deadlines
