  • • Oversee timely and accurate responses to group and broker inquiries, including member-level escalations, ensuring alignment with operational partners
  • • Identify and implement member engagement opportunities across business segments to maximize utilization of Humana’s health and wellness resources
  • • Integrate Stars Activation content into all member communication channels to improve health plan performance metrics
  • • Develop and distribute health and wellness articles for client social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms
  • • Communicate clinical, wellness, and plan administration updates to clients through targeted messaging and outreach
  • • Plan, coordinate, and execute member-facing events including Bringing Humana to You events, managing venue selection, contracting, staffing, supplies, and giveaways
  • • Conduct pre-enrollment seminar training for staff attending Open Enrollment meetings to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery
  • • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, unions, and associations at appropriate organizational levels
  • • Serve as the primary liaison between Humana, clients, brokers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service
  • • Attend and participate in client, broker, and consultant conference calls and in-person meetings
  • • Track and report on Performance Guarantee deliverables in collaboration with Account Executives to meet client commitments
  • • Provide Go365 wellness program reporting for clients requiring compliance and engagement metrics
  • • Record and produce Brainshark videos for clients to host on their websites as pre-recorded Open Enrollment resources
  • • Attend retiree association and union meetings to represent Humana and support member education
  • • Research and develop Group Medicare Proactive Care Strategy communication materials tailored to individual client communication strategies
  • • Conduct Bringing Humana to You events and collect feedback to inform future engagement improvements
  • • Collaborate directly with Communications Consultants on PowerPoint presentations and member-facing materials for enrollment and engagement events
  • • Monitor client custom websites and provide feedback to enhance member experience and information accessibility
  • • Set strategic meeting agendas with Account Managers and Communications Consultants for member engagement planning
  • • Secure and contract meeting venues when not provided by the client, including arranging audiovisual equipment such as projectors and screens
  • • Arrive at all member meetings at least one hour prior to start time to ensure readiness
  • • Master plan details including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles to accurately answer member questions
  • • Coordinate with Communication Consultants on enrollment materials distribution (mailing vs. on-site delivery)
  • • Liaise with local MarketPoint representatives for on-site support during member meetings
  • • Deliver approved presentations to retiree groups and report attendance and outcomes to Account Executives, clients, and Communications Consultants
  • • Work from a dedicated, interruption-free home space compliant with HIPAA standards to protect member PHI
  • • Maintain a valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/100
  • • Travel extensively during Open Enrollment months (August–November) via driving and flying to support client events
  • • Meet all deadlines with minimal supervision while managing multiple concurrent priorities and diverse group dynamics
  • • Demonstrate strong presentation, public speaking, and meeting facilitation skills in front of clients and members
  • • Maintain high professionalism and exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • • Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/100
  • • Health and Life license or must obtain within 30 days of hire
  • • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • • Ability to travel extensively, including driving and flying, especially during August–November
  • • Strong presentation, speaking, and meeting facilitation skills
  • • Must work from a dedicated home space compliant with HIPAA standards
