- • Serve as a subject matter expert in Next-Gen SIEM to help customers unify telemetry, intelligence, and action across their security ecosystems.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to drive the successful adoption and expansion of CrowdStrike’s Next-Gen SIEM offerings, including integrations with Intelligence and Cloud Security.
- • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements tailored to customer environments and security challenges.
- • Articulate complex security problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, translating product capabilities into business value.
- • Build and deliver custom enablement materials and training to support internal teams directly aligned with your customer accounts.
- • Leverage deep knowledge of digital monitoring, threat hunting, and cyber threat intelligence to guide customer discussions and solution design.
- • Utilize expertise in large-scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP to demonstrate how CrowdStrike’s platform integrates with modern infrastructure.
- • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment, maintaining strong communication and alignment with distributed teams across the U.S.
- • Travel minimally—once annually—to attend the company’s Sales Kickoff Event as required.
- • Maintain up-to-date mastery of CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform and adjacent technologies to ensure accurate and authoritative customer guidance.
- • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and market insights to inform future product development.
- • Represent CrowdStrike as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them redefine their security posture with next-generation endpoint and cloud technologies.
- • Contribute to the broader sales engineering community by sharing best practices, templates, and technical insights within the organization.
- • Stay informed on evolving cybersecurity threats and industry trends to maintain technical credibility and proactive customer engagement.
- • Support the sales cycle from early discovery through closing, ensuring technical objections are resolved and value is clearly demonstrated at every stage.
- • Maintain strict adherence to CrowdStrike’s mission-driven culture, emphasizing innovation, customer obsession, and team collaboration.
