- • Support live streaming operations for over 50,000 annual sporting events across motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, and NCAA Division II and III athletics.
- • Monitor and adjust live video and audio streams in real-time to ensure optimal quality and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain high stream uptime by identifying and resolving technical issues with encoders, codecs, and streaming protocols including HLS, RTMP, and SRT.
- • Verify correct timing of event broadcasts, ensuring accurate start and end times across multiple concurrent streams.
- • Monitor and manage on-screen graphics, commentary feeds, and other visual treatments during live events.
- • Communicate critical updates and technical issues to camera operators, technicians, and managerial staff during live broadcasts.
- • Respond promptly to client-reported issues related to video quality, audio sync, or stream interruptions.
- • Work scheduled 8-hour shifts during operating hours of 7am to 10pm, primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- • Perform routine checks on streaming equipment and software including vMix, TVU, and LiveU systems.
- • Maintain detailed logs of stream performance, incidents, and resolutions for internal reporting and quality assurance.
- • Assist in testing and validating new streaming workflows and technologies as part of continuous operational improvement.
- • Adhere strictly to established broadcast procedures and quality control standards to uphold FloSports’ technical reputation.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of live content to global audiences.
- • Remain attentive to subtle audio and video anomalies such as dropouts, latency, color shifts, or bitrate fluctuations.
- • Support seasonal operations from August 2026 through April 2027 as a part-time, seasonal employee.
- • Participate in monthly FloFun social events and benefit from a stocked snack bar and weekly catered lunches.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- • Must be available to work evenings and weekends during 7am–10pm shifts
- • Tech-savvy with experience in live streaming technologies and video/audio quality monitoring
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple live streams
- • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical and operational teams
- • Passion for sports and familiarity with live event production environments
