- • Manage and enhance the day-to-day workplace experience across global offices for a high-growth AI startup.
- • Oversee workplace programs including meals, snacks, wellness support, and employee services to foster a positive and productive environment.
- • Coordinate employee workspace setup and provide ergonomic support to ensure comfort and compliance with workplace standards.
- • Prepare and equip workspaces with necessary technology and furnishings for all new joiners prior to their start date.
- • Maintain high standards of office quality, cleanliness, organization, and operational consistency across all locations.
- • Liaise with external vendors, facilities teams, and office operations partners to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
- • Support the planning and execution of office events and internal workplace initiatives that strengthen team culture and engagement.
- • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day workplace issues to minimize disruption and improve process efficiency.
- • Drive continuous improvement of workplace processes by gathering feedback, analyzing pain points, and implementing scalable solutions.
- • Work independently across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations for execution and quality.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and team leads to align workplace initiatives with company goals and employee needs.
- • Uphold a high standard for employee experience, ensuring every aspect of the physical workspace supports productivity, well-being, and belonging.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving company needs in a startup environment where agility, judgment, and initiative are critical to success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office operations, or related roles
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Good judgment and problem-solving ability
- • Strong communication and coordination skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
- • High standards for workplace quality and employee experience
- • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is preferred
