• As a General Physician with Hive Health, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through our cutting-edge telemedicine platform. Your primary focus will be on conducting confidential virtual medical consultations, utilizing video calls to connect with members seeking assistance for general health concerns, acute illnesses, and chronic condition management. You will be empowered to perform accurate remote assessments and diagnoses, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. This includes the authority to issue electronic prescriptions in strict adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Your role will extend beyond immediate treatment. You will play a crucial part in coordinating care pathways, identifying when members require in-person examinations, specialist consultations, or emergency services, and executing timely referrals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive support. Furthermore, you will serve as a trusted advisor, offering invaluable general medical advice, championing preventive care strategies, and providing personalized wellness recommendations. This includes guiding members on essential aspects such as vaccination schedules, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and well-being. Your expertise will be vital in empowering our members to take proactive control of their health.
• Maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and patient privacy is paramount. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting all patient interactions and medical histories within our secure and confidential digital health records (EHR) system. Compliance with all privacy regulations and ethical standards will be a non-negotiable aspect of your practice. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our educational initiatives by performing wellness seminars and sharing your expertise on various health topics, further enhancing the health literacy and engagement of our member community. • This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to practice medicine without geographical constraints. The schedule is designed to provide a consistent work-life balance, with dedicated hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of 420, reflecting the value and expertise you bring to our team. The initial engagement is for a 1-year term, with openness to negotiation for the right candidate. • Conduct confidential virtual medical consultations via video calls for members of all age groups, addressing general health concerns, acute conditions, and chronic disease management.
• Perform accurate remote assessments and diagnoses of common illnesses and ailments, leveraging clinical judgment and telemedicine tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including prescribing medications electronically in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Facilitate timely and appropriate referrals to specialists, in-person care providers, or emergency services when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Provide comprehensive general medical advice, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and personalized wellness recommendations.
• Maintain meticulous, secure, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with all privacy laws and ethical standards.
• Lead and participate in wellness seminars and educational sessions, sharing expertise on various health topics to empower members.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and continuous improvement of telemedicine services.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical doctor with a valid PRC license from the Philippines.
• Proven experience in general medicine, demonstrating a strong foundation in primary care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients remotely.
• Passion for innovation in healthcare and a commitment to improving healthcare accessibility.
• Prior telehealth or telemedicine experience is considered an advantage.
