- • Set up and oversee the establishment of new office locations internationally, including layout planning, equipment procurement, and infrastructure setup.
- • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, facilities teams, and building management to maintain and improve workplace conditions.
- • Administer workplace security systems, including access control, surveillance, and compliance with local safety regulations.
- • Handle all office procurement needs, from furniture and electronics to supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing waste.
- • Manage workplace logistics, including mail, courier services, cleaning, maintenance, and emergency response protocols.
- • Design and implement workplace programs such as meal services, snack provisions, wellness initiatives, and employee experience enhancements.
- • Ensure all office spaces are organized, ergonomically sound, and aligned with operational efficiency and employee well-being standards.
- • Lead workspace planning initiatives, including reconfigurations, expansions, and improvements based on team growth and feedback.
- • Maintain operational reliability by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact team productivity.
- • Work independently across time zones to support a globally distributed workforce with consistent, high-quality workplace standards.
