- • As an ABM Manager at Chainalysis Inc., you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing digital programs that are the backbone of our account-based marketing strategy. This role is critical for translating high-level account priorities, deep audience insights, and specific campaign objectives into meticulously coordinated paid media programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing engagement within our target accounts, expanding the reach to key buying groups, and significantly supporting pipeline progression. This is a specialized digital marketing position, distinct from broad-based demand generation, where you will apply a focused ABM lens to every aspect of your work, from audience selection and messaging to channel strategy and performance measurement, ensuring every digital touchpoint is strategic and impactful.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the meticulous execution and continuous optimization of digital campaigns specifically designed to support our account-based marketing initiatives. This includes managing programs across named accounts, defined buying groups, and priority market segments, ensuring a tailored approach for each. You will be responsible for translating complex account priorities, detailed persona strategies, nuanced buying stages, and critical intent signals into actionable digital activation plans. These plans will span across key channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, and our ABM platform, Demandbase. A significant part of your role will involve managing the Demandbase platform, which includes sophisticated audience segmentation, precise display orchestration, seamless campaign setup, and ensuring strict alignment with overarching campaign goals. You will also be tasked with writing and refining compelling paid media copy, crafting engaging campaign hooks, developing impactful taglines, and conceptualizing ad creative that is precisely tailored to resonate with our target personas and specific account segments. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Content, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and digital execution are perfectly aligned with account priorities and overarching campaign objectives. You will also manage the relationship with our external agency partners, providing strategic direction while also contributing directly to campaign planning, rigorous testing methodologies, and ongoing optimization efforts. Your role will actively support various digital ABM motions, including building awareness, implementing retargeting strategies, re-engaging dormant accounts, and facilitating the progression of already engaged accounts through the sales funnel. You will diligently monitor campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations based on key channel metrics and crucial ABM outcomes. These outcomes include tracking target account reach, the number of engaged accounts, buying group penetration, meeting generation, influenced pipeline, and overall account progression. Finally, you will partner effectively with the Demand Generation, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and analytics teams to enhance targeting accuracy, refine measurement frameworks, improve reporting capabilities, and extract actionable insights from campaign data.
