- • As an Abogado laboralista - AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven legal technology by ensuring that artificial intelligence systems accurately interpret and apply complex employment laws across EU and UK jurisdictions. Your expertise will directly influence the development of tools that help organizations navigate workplace compliance, reduce legal risk, and streamline HR processes through intelligent automation.
- • You will review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations, assessing outputs for legal accuracy, clarity, and compliance with current statutes and case law. This includes evaluating AI-generated drafts of employment contracts, disciplinary notices, onboarding materials, and compliance checklists to ensure they meet jurisdictional standards.
- • You will create and enhance realistic employment scenarios covering key HR lifecycle events such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, contract modifications, redundancy processes, and dispute resolution, ensuring these reflect authentic legal and procedural nuances.
- • You will generate scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives — including legal counsel, HR professionals, employees, and business managers — to train AI systems in contextual reasoning and balanced decision-making under varying organizational pressures.
- • You will identify gaps in legal reasoning, potential compliance risks, or inconsistencies in AI handling of employment law matters, providing structured feedback that improves model reliability, reduces hallucinations, and enhances alignment with regulatory expectations.
- • You will support the development of practical AI-powered tools designed to assist HR teams and legal departments in drafting compliant documentation, answering employee queries, and monitoring regulatory changes, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- • You will collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and legal technologists in an agile, fast-paced environment, contributing to iterative improvements in AI performance through clear, actionable insights grounded in real-world legal practice.

🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified lawyer or legal professional with demonstrable expertise in employment law, labor regulations, or HR compliance, preferably with a focus on EU and/or UK jurisdictions.
- • Proven experience reviewing, drafting, or advising on legal documents such as employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary procedures, or settlement agreements.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess AI-generated content for legal accuracy, logical consistency, and regulatory alignment.
- • Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and/or English, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and precisely.
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility to adapt to project timelines and deliverables.
- • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
