- • Serve as the primary point of contact for outbound outreach to Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and multi-location dental groups in the New York City area
- • Conduct detailed research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and potential business opportunities within the dental industry
- • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sales channels to engage prospective clients
- • Develop customized outreach strategies tailored to specific dental organizations and their leadership structure
- • Track and manage all sales activities and prospect interactions using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- • Overcome initial objections and effectively communicate Dandy’s value proposition to advance prospects through the sales funnel
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to coordinate outreach efforts within large dental organizations and strategic accounts
- • Work with sales leadership to meet or exceed pipeline generation targets and key activity metrics
- • Operate in a hybrid work environment with mandatory in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote work on Mondays and Fridays
- • Continuously refine prospecting techniques based on feedback, performance data, and evolving market dynamics
- • Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative sales team focused on scaling Dandy’s go-to-market strategy across the U.S. dental industry
- • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with rapidly changing priorities
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups to ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives
- • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and learning new sales methodologies and tools
- • Represent Dandy professionally with integrity, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented approach when engaging with dental practice leaders
- • Support the expansion of Dandy’s operating system for dental offices by helping to identify and onboard large-scale dental organizations
- • Maintain alignment with company values, including inclusivity, authenticity, and a commitment to modernizing the dental industry
- • Engage with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer success to ensure consistent messaging and pipeline quality
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- • Experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to research organizations and identify relevant decision makers
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Experience with standard sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach
