📋 Description
- • The Account Coordinator, National Accounts - Commercial Lines role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and execution of policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for Relation Insurance’s largest and most complex clients, serving as the primary administrative contact for national accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for complex clients, monitoring inquiries, providing coverage recommendations, supporting renewal remarketing, reviewing policy documents for accuracy, facilitating carrier responses to claims, auditing policies, addressing cancellations, and staying current on industry developments, legislation, and technology—including adopting proprietary AI tools to enhance client service.
- • The role operates within Relation Insurance Services, Inc., a leading, innovative insurance company known for its dynamic culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across the commercial lines market.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in commercial insurance products, strengthen analytical and client service skills, gain experience with insurance technology and AI integration, and build a foundation for career advancement in national account management or insurance operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines
- • Property and Casualty License from state of domicile (required and must be maintained)
- • High School Diploma or equivalent (four-year degree preferred)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software applications
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, and vendors
- • Valid driver’s license, ability to travel to client sites, and reliable transportation
