- • Lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics across Vetcove’s platform, managing and mentoring a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists to ensure clinics are positioned for long-term success.
- • Own the implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live execution, serving as the escalation point and key liaison between clinics and internal teams to ensure seamless, consultative onboarding experiences.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Support teams to drive cross-functional alignment, build scalable processes and tooling, and influence implementation workflows based on client and team needs.
- • Guide clinics through complex workflow migrations, oversee training delivery, troubleshoot configuration and data integrations, and maintain executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and client leadership.
- • Drive accountability and high standards of client delivery while scaling team capabilities through coaching, goal-setting, and process refinement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- • 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled services, with at least 2 years in a people management role
- • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage team capacity across multiple concurrent client engagements
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
- • Proficiency in project management tools and experience building scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks
- • Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus but not required
- • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)
