  • • As an Operations Associate at ALX Africa in Casablanca, you will serve as a central coordination and execution driver, playing a critical role in strengthening the operational backbone of ALX Morocco by ensuring strategic priorities are effectively translated into action across teams.
  • • You will operate with high autonomy, taking ownership of complex operational scopes and contributing directly to strategic initiatives such as regional expansion into Francophone African markets, while staying closely aligned with leadership direction and organizational priorities.
  • • Day to day, you will act as a central coordination point across Marketing, LCE, Sales & Partnerships, Fellowship, and Operations teams, maintaining visibility on all key workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • • You will track execution across teams, proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignments, identify roadblocks early, and escalate when intervention is required to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • • You will support leadership in structuring and executing strategic initiatives, including conducting high-level research, benchmarks, and market analysis to inform decision-making, and preparing strategic briefs, presentations, and recommendations.
  • • You will analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps, design, document, and implement scalable processes and SOPs, and improve cross-team collaboration frameworks to ensure high standards of organization, structure, and execution across all operations.
  • • You will build and maintain high-quality reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensure accurate tracking of key operational and performance metrics, deliver structured reporting to support leadership decision-making, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • • You will support the structuring and drafting of high-quality written communications (internal and external), ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality in messaging, and engage with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity to build trust through reliability and follow-through.
  • • You will represent the organisation in internal or external meetings when required, support discussions with key partners, and bring structure and follow-through to partner engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business analysis, or similar roles
  • • Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects end-to-end
  • • Strong operational maturity: ability to manage priorities without day-to-day guidance
  • • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • • Strong data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets): able to analyse, structure, and interpret data
  • • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides): able to communicate clearly at a high level
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English required)
  • • Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate cross-functional environments
  • • Ability to operate with high autonomy within a defined strategic scope, taking full ownership of execution while staying aligned with leadership priorities
  • • Ability to anticipate problems, propose solutions, and act proactively
  • • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • • Basic commercial awareness and ability to support strategic discussions when needed
  • • AI-literate and able to leverage tools to improve productivity and workflows
