  • • The Appointment Setter role at Scale Army is a critical sales support position focused on driving consistent sales activity by managing lead engagement and ensuring qualified prospects move efficiently through the scheduling pipeline. This role directly impacts revenue generation by maintaining a high show-up rate for sales calls and supporting the broader sales team’s objectives through disciplined follow-up and pipeline hygiene.
  • • The person will be responsible for setting qualified appointments by engaging with leads across multiple communication channels, ensuring alignment with sales targets, and working closely with the sales team to confirm expectations and optimize the scheduling process.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include: setting qualified appointments through proactive outreach via phone, email, and text; following up with leads to confirm qualification and appointment details while maintaining timely responses to inquiries; managing the sales pipeline by accurately entering, tracking, and updating prospect information in the CRM; ensuring client attendance at scheduled calls through reminders and confirmations via multiple channels; addressing concerns or obstacles that may prevent attendance; and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the scheduling process to support lead nurturing and conversion.
  • • The team operates remotely with a focus on supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST). The role is part of a sales enablement function that values reliability, communication, and proactive execution, working closely with sales professionals to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • • In this role, the individual can develop advanced skills in sales pipeline management, CRM utilization, multi-channel lead engagement, and appointment coordination — gaining direct exposure to sales operations and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to revenue outcomes through disciplined execution and process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) or BDR (Business Development Representative)
  • • Proven experience setting appointments and following up with leads through multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English grammar and tone
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a busy pipeline of leads and appointments
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • • Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility for follow-up and appointment completion
