- • Manage and proactively engage a portfolio of existing and prospective B2B customers to drive account growth and retention.
- • Develop targeted outreach strategies aligned with seasonal demand, key buying periods, and customer needs to maximize engagement and revenue potential.
- • Analyse customer behaviour, engagement trends, and market insights to identify actionable opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- • Identify and action upsell, cross-sell, and account development opportunities across Prezzee’s full range of digital gifting and payment solutions.
- • Re-engage dormant customers through structured follow-up campaigns and relationship-building activities to reactivate inactive accounts.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate support for account-related issues.
- • Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and product implementation to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- • Educate customers on Prezzee’s gifting solutions, platform features, and program options to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
- • Provide administrative support including order processing, reporting, CRM data updates, and platform guidance to maintain operational efficiency.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Technology teams to align efforts and deliver a cohesive customer success experience.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support reporting, forecasting, and internal alignment on account health and pipeline status.
- • Contribute to pipeline growth by consistently identifying and escalating qualified opportunities for further sales engagement.
- • Support day-to-day operational tasks required to sustain high-quality client service and internal workflow coordination.
- • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues, communicate feedback, and improve service delivery.
