  • • The Account Development Manager at Syneos Health plays a critical role in driving growth by identifying and expanding opportunities within existing client accounts across the life sciences sector. This position is essential to accelerating customer success by leveraging deep relationships and strategic insight to uncover unmet needs and propose tailored solutions that support drug development and commercialization goals.
  • • Day to day, the Account Development Manager will manage and nurture key client relationships, conduct account planning and forecasting, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams including commercial, medical, and delivery functions, and prepare and present business reviews and proposals to stakeholders. The role involves tracking account performance, maintaining accurate CRM data, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • • Proven ability to manage and grow complex client relationships and achieve revenue targets
