📋 Description

• As an Account Development Manager at Wrike, you will help knowledge workers worldwide succeed with the work management platform by onboarding customers, driving product adoption, and maximizing their lifetime value through proactive engagement and tailored guidance.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer use cases, proactively reaching out via email and phone (approximately 80% of your time), sharing best practices, delivering sales demos, negotiating pricing, managing pipelines, and closing deals to drive net retention through upsell and cross-sell.
• You will join Wrike’s Engagement Team, a dynamic and diverse international group passionate about customer success, operating in a culture that values growth mindset, mutual support, and creative problem-solving while building and improving the customer experience in real time.
• In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, refine consultative sales and customer success skills, strengthen communication and relationship-building abilities, and grow your impact by helping teams unlock productivity and achieve their goals with Wrike.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly and engagingly
• Willingness to work the evening shift (15:30 - 00:00) and readiness to handle sales responsibilities including demos, negotiations, pipeline management, and deal closure
