• • The Account Development Representative role at Kong Inc. is critical to fueling the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities that drive revenue in the API and AI connectivity market. This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team to convert into customers.
• • Day to day, the representative will collaborate with the Sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound campaigns, engage IT and business decision-makers via phone, video, LinkedIn, and email, maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce, schedule qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives, nurture early-stage opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
