- • Drive growth in large commercial dairy and feedlot accounts across the Western U.S. by expanding adoption of science-backed feed additive solutions, with a focus on measurable outcomes including milk yield, milk components, average daily gain (ADG), and feed efficiency.
- • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account management of high-volume dairies and commercial feedyards, translating technical data into clear economic value propositions tied to metrics such as income over feed cost (IOFC) and cost of gain.
- • Develop and execute customized account plans in close collaboration with consulting nutritionists, veterinarians, and production teams to align Fortiva’s additive solutions with ration strategies, herd health goals, and profitability objectives.
- • Lead technical discussions and educational events with producers and nutritionists to reinforce best practices, demonstrate product efficacy, and drive adoption of additive technologies in ruminant nutrition programs.
- • Actively participate in industry events, nutritionist meetings, and trade association gatherings to build brand visibility, strengthen professional networks, and identify new sales opportunities within the ruminant sector.
- • Capture, analyze, and communicate critical market intelligence on ration trends, ingredient economics, health challenges, and customer needs to inform product innovation and portfolio strategy.
- • Maintain consistent engagement with key decision-makers including farm operators, herd managers, and advisory nutritionists to position Fortiva as a trusted, data-driven partner in optimizing herd performance and profitability.
- • Travel 50–80% throughout the Western U.S. to conduct on-farm visits, attend industry events, and support account growth initiatives; role is fully remote with location open to qualified candidates within the Western U.S.
- • Contribute to the goal of achieving 5% year-over-year growth in ruminant sales through targeted outreach, account expansion, and strategic customer engagement.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product development, marketing, and technical services to ensure customer insights directly influence product improvement and market positioning.
- • Represent Fortiva Additives with professionalism and scientific credibility, ensuring all client interactions reflect a deep understanding of ruminant physiology, nutritional science, and commercial livestock production systems.
