  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding Camunda's market presence within the crucial Banking and Financial Services industry. You will be a key contributor to our growth by generating a high-quality sales pipeline, directly supporting our Account Executives (AEs) in achieving their targets. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only execute established strategies but also to actively shape the future of the sales development function through your own innovative ideas and experiences.   • • Your primary responsibilities will include diligently responding to all inbound leads generated for your assigned territory, ensuring meticulous maintenance of Salesforce hygiene to provide accurate and actionable data. This involves promptly engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in Camunda's solutions, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and prioritize target account lists within your territory, employing strategic research and outreach methods to uncover new business opportunities.
  • • A significant aspect of the role involves generating outbound opportunities. This requires a proactive and persistent approach to prospecting, identifying key stakeholders within target organizations, and initiating meaningful conversations about how Camunda's agentic automation platform can address their specific business challenges. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects to determine their Enterprise interest level, ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on to the AEs. This qualification process involves understanding the prospect's business objectives, pain points, and potential for adopting Camunda's advanced solutions.
  • • You will work closely with Account Executives to coordinate sales qualifications, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads and providing them with comprehensive context to facilitate successful engagement. Your ability to effectively communicate Camunda's value proposition and understand the nuances of the Banking and Financial Services industry will be critical to your success. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess a strong understanding of sales development principles, and are driven by the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
