- ⢠Own and accelerate revenue growth for Zayoâs 141,000-mile fiber network by driving sales of mission-critical bandwidth to wireless carriers, hyperscalers, finance, healthcare, media, and content giants across North America and Europe.
- ⢠Develop and execute a strategic account plan for a high-value patch of enterprise and carrier logos, translating 5G, edge-compute, and cloud connectivity trends into multi-million-dollar Ethernet, Wavelength, Dark Fiber, IP transit, and Colocation deals.
- ⢠Master the full sales cycleâfrom cold outreach and discovery to technical design, proposal, negotiation, and contractâwhile maintaining an accurate, real-time forecast in Salesforce and delivering predictable quarterly bookings.
- ⢠Protect and expand existing revenue streams by building trusted advisor status with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, securing long-term commitments, and identifying whitespace for cross-sell and up-sell before competitors even know it exists.
- ⢠Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, Legal, and Service Delivery to craft bespoke network architectures that solve latency, capacity, and diversity challenges for next-gen wireless infrastructure and emerging 5G ecosystems.
- ⢠Maintain a Net Promoter Score in the top decile by orchestrating flawless pre-sales support, transparent project timelines, and rapid escalation paths that turn customers into vocal advocates and reference accounts.
- ⢠Balance a high-velocity pipeline (50+ concurrent opportunities) with meticulous account hygieneâweekly funnel reviews, MEDDPICC qualification, and executive read-outs that give leadership confidence to invest in your territory.
- ⢠Travel up to 30 % to customer sites, industry conferences, and data-center tours, representing Zayoâs brand and gathering market intelligence that shapes future product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
- ⢠Mentor junior sellers and share battle cards, win wires, and competitive kill sheets so the entire region exceeds collective quota and builds a culture of continuous learning and celebration.
- ⢠Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion inside Zayo by participating in employee resource groups, recruiting initiatives, and community outreach that strengthen our talent pipeline and corporate reputation.
