- • Own and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio of Fortune-500 and high-growth accounts across EMEA, acting as the single-threaded executive sponsor who turns satisfied users into passionate advocates and strategic partners.
- • Drive net-revenue retention above 120 % by orchestrating quarterly business reviews, executive workshops, and data-backed success plans that translate Insider One’s AI-powered CDP and omnichannel orchestration into measurable uplift in revenue, LTV, and customer experience for each account.
- • Master the full sales cycle—from white-space mapping and multi-stakeholder discovery to enterprise-grade negotiation and renewal—closing upsells, cross-sells, and multi-year agreements that expand ARR while protecting gross margins and reducing churn risk.
- • Build and maintain a living account strategy that aligns Insider One’s product roadmap with each customer’s digital-transformation agenda, ensuring every roadmap release, beta feature, or new channel (WhatsApp, RCS, onsite search, etc.) is positioned as a competitive advantage for the client.
- • Collaborate daily with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership in a pod-based “team-sell” model to craft tailored demos, ROI models, and success metrics that secure C-level buy-in and accelerate procurement cycles.
- • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue with >95 % accuracy in Salesforce; maintain a hygiene-obsessed pipeline where every opportunity has a documented champion, economic buyer, success criteria, and mutual-close plan.
- • Champion the voice of the customer internally—distilling feedback loops from NPS surveys, support tickets, and adoption analytics into actionable insights that steer product prioritization, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- • Lead contract negotiations spanning MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and security addenda; partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to remove red-line friction while safeguarding Insider One’s commercial interests and compliance posture.
- • Create and deliver board-level presentations, ROI business cases, and executive QBR decks that translate complex data-science outcomes (predictive segments, send-time optimization, channel attribution) into crisp narratives that resonate with CMOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
- • Mentor junior Account Executives and CSMs through deal-shadowing, objection-handling clinics, and win-loss retrospectives, cultivating a culture of radical candor and continuous improvement across the Istanbul sales hub.
- • Represent Insider One at flagship industry events, customer advisory boards, and regional meetups, evangelizing our woman-led, unicorn story and capturing qualified pipeline through thought-leadership keynotes and executive roundtables.
- • Contribute to our 100 Social Responsibility Projects by identifying customer co-marketing opportunities that spotlight joint ESG initiatives—turning customer success stories into global case studies that inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
- • Stay ahead of martech, ad-tech, and privacy trends (GDPR, iOS ATT, cookieless future) to proactively advise clients on risk mitigation and innovation roadmaps, positioning Insider One as the strategic partner for sustainable, first-party growth.
